Rich is a published author, working on his Doctorate in "Youth, Family and Culture", public speaker, consultant, Youth and Family Pastor at The Orchard Church, contributor to the Teen Devotional Bible and a Martial Arts Instructor.  He is the proud dad of his adopted son, Aaron.
