I am a 200 RYT (registered yoga teacher) and wellness coach with a degree in kinesiology and business. Above all, I am a busy mom to three kids under 7!

My passion is empowering you to take your health and wellbeing into your own hands. I find that yoga is best conduit for health uniting the body, mind and spirit.
