Please note: Mr. Amstutz was did not suffer from PTSD. He was never deployed overseas. My husband was involved in two conflicts and was severely injured while he was in Iraq and he does suffer from PTSD. Carmon has worked very hard to manage his PTSD and was making wonderful progress until Mr. Amstutz shot him in our home. Just wanted to make sure you knew the facts and that Mr. Amstutz was not the victim here of PTSD.
