A Look at Carmike BigD Theater Experience
Winder's BigD movie theater opens Jan. 12. Loganville is reported to be on Carmike's radar for same experience.
Although Loganville city officials won’t confirm anything more than a movie theater is scheduled for Loganville in the near future, The New York Times reported that Carmike, Inc. has listed Loganville, GA. as one of the locations for a new BigD Theater in 2012. In that same article, Winder was listed as one of the other new locations for the BigD experience. The theater in Winder is a lot further along in the process and is scheduled to open Jan. 12, 2012. Barrow Patch editor Deanna Allen was able to get a guided tour of the theater prior to today's big opening.
