I purchased a gift certificate for my wife this time last year. I remember the young woman took the certificate and put it into an envelope for me and after putting it into a chridtmas card i presented it to my wife. For whatever reason she never used the giftcard and re gifted me<smile>. I see in small type on the bottom righ hand corner a must be used by date. I called the store and while the clerk admitted the owner is on vacation and no one was in charge she re-interated I am out $80. the owner likes to put a must use by date because that is the way she likes it. SO I pay $80 and you tell me what and when i have to use your wortless piece of paper? Foget Occupy Wallstreet Occupy Pecan salon!

OVER PRICED.......Owners need to come back down to earth. Not sure how they stay in business these days. You get more cliental by not gouging people.
