michael and miyong and their crew have the best southern style breakfast anywhere around ,always fresh and cooked to order not pre-packaged or sitting under a heat lamp for long periods of time ,and they're nice local folks who make the effort to know their customers by name .not some big impersonal corpration who only know you by number
Claude's is a family-friendly place to eat. My breakfast plate is always overflowing with goodness that looks, smells and tastes like it came from my Grandmama's kitchen! :)
