Concerned Mother of 3

I am a mother of 3 baby boys here in Walton County.  I live out towards the Jersey area and anyone who lives or travels that way knows that at times the roads are full of cyclist.   This has happened to me several times now and I think it's time to see if anyone else is having this problem.  I know the law is we are suppose to give them 3ft when passing (which by the way scares the daylights out of me b/c I have to endanger myself and my 3 children so they can travel the road) but I've noticed a lot here lately that these cyclist are not obeying regular traffic laws.  I was at the four way at Youth Jersey before you get to 81 and a herd of cyclist come up to the four way at the same time.  The leader never stopped, never used any hand signals, and then the other 20 following him all proceeded to just fly right on through the 4-way stop.  I thought they were suppose to each stop like we as motorist and follow the necessary traffic laws? Well I blew my horn out of frustration and the last 10 proceeded to flip me and my 3 children the bird as they flew right on through the four way.   That's the first run in.  The second wasn't with myself but I was a witness.  This man coming down youth jersey road got over and gave these 5 cyclist their 3ft and then some as he passed.  The two men leading the pack decided to throw their hands up at him and flip him the bird as well.  His windows were up (so i know he wasn't shouting anything at them), he was obeying the laws and all necessary traffic procedures, but they decided to take it upon themselves to be rude.   I really think they should have a designated place to ride.  I know some would say well the county doesn't have the funds to give them such a place....Well they should pay tax, tag, title etc on their bicycles and each bit of that money would go to either funding a bicycle lane or place for them to ride.  The other thing about them having to carry a proper tag would be for Identification purposes. What happens if one of them runs into a vehicle or isn't following the proper traffic laws. Other than a valid I.D. how would we as a motorist be able to identify them? If they carried a proper tag like we do on our vehicles then if they needed to be reported their tag could be ran. I know everyone may not agree with me on this and that's ok but either someone is going to get seriously injured trying to pass these guys or they could end up getting seriously injured flying through 4-way stops flipping the bird and not obeying our traffic laws!
