LCA Middle School Lions win East Division Metro Area Christian Athletic Baseball Conference.

After a disappointing 10-9 loss against Piedmont Christian Academy Warriors Monday, the Middle School Lions turned around the next day to win the East Division Metro Area Christian Athletic Baseball Conference in an impressive 19-6 win against the Young Americans Christian Academy.

"Everybody contributed, and the most important thing was it put us in a position to host the first game of the playoffs at home May 3," said LCA Athletic Director Andre King.

The Lions went into the game Tuesday 7-1 in the conference and 10-6 overall in a 20-game season. There are three games left before the May 3 start of the championship playoff season.
