Viewfinder: YMS Pink Out for Breast Cancer Awareness

The Youth Middle School community joined together in a Pink Out for Breast Cancer Awareness at Thursday's game against Social Circle Middle School.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and however you like to do it, shop, bowl, rock out, walk or run, there are myriad ways to support the cause.

On Thursday, the Youth Middle School Warriors football players sacrificed their egos for pink socks, the cheerleaders donned pink ribbons and the crowd dressed accordingly for a Pink Out. The game took place at the Walnut Grove High School stadium and it didn't hurt that the Warriors took home the victory at the end with a score of 25 to 12 against Social Circle.

If you were at the great 2012 YMS Pink Out and have photos to share, please upload them and add them to this collection.
