4th Annual 5K Jag Jog at Sharon Elementary on March 2

The 4th Annual Jag Jog 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run, hosted by is scheduled for Saturday, March 2. The Fun Run will begin at the school at 9 a.m. and the 5K will follow at 9:30 a.m.

According to school officials, the whole 5K course will be run on paved roads with the start and finish at the school. Course maps will be available on the day of the race.

The cost to enter is $20. The is a reduced rate for families who preregister at www.active.com. All who preregister online will receive a T-shirt and those who register on-site may receive a T-shirt as supplies last.

Awards:   Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and the top three Male/Female in age groups beginning 10 and under,11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50,51-60, 61 and older.  All participants in the Fun Run will receive a special ribbon.
