Light Agenda for Loganville City Council Work Session Monday

The July Loganville City Council work session is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Monday, at City Hall. The meeting is open to the public.

The June work session is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. July 9, at City Hall. It's a light agenda, but that doesn't necessarily mean it will be a short meeting.

Sparring between Mayor Ray Nunley and Councilman Mike Jones, himself mayor of the city in years past, has disrupted many of the meetings this year. Although not yet at the level of neighboring Snellville, Loganville city council meetings are fast becoming a power struggle between Jones and Nunley. The dissent between the two resulted in appointments last month, claiming that Nunley wants to do everything himself.
