Gwinnett Public Safety Fair Scheduled For Oct. 1

Fair will include ublic safety demonstrations, displays of police and fire vehicles as well as games, car seat checks, pet adoptions and other activities.

The Gwinnett County Police Department and Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services will team up for a public safety fall festival on Saturday, Oct. 1 at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.

The event includes public safety demonstrations, displays of police and fire vehicles as well as games, car seat checks, pet adoptions and other activities. The festival will offer citizens several opportunities to help the community including a blood drive, a food drive and a car, truck and motorcycle show to benefit Safe Kids Gwinnett, which supports child car seat, bicycle and fire safety programs. Coolray Field is located at 2500 Buford Drive in Lawrenceville. The festival will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
