Gwinnett County announced Monday that four surplus properties are available for sale. They will be sold by sealed bid to the highest responsible bidder.
The properties available are:
705 Alcovy Forest Drive, Lawrenceville, 30045: A three bedroom, two bath ranch with a two-car garage. It is conveniently located about five miles from Downtown Lawrenceville. This 1,632 square foot home was built in 1986. The home features hardwood floors, a stone fireplace in the living room and a double vanity in the master bath. The 995 square foot basement is finished with a full bath, family room, and miscellaneous room and could be used as an apartment. The home sits on 1.87 acres.
3929 Woodward Mill Road, Buford, 30518: A three bedroom, three-and-a half bath ranch with a loft on the second level. This 2,323 square foot home was built in 1985 and has a two-car garage. It features a trey ceiling in the dining room, a wood paneled ceiling in the living room, a built-in stove and oven in the kitchen and more. There is also a large 2,294 square feet workshop located on the home's 4.88-acre lot.
3201 Cross Road/3267 Gravel Springs Road, Buford, 30519: This C-2 commercial property is located approximately one mile from the Mall of Georgia. It consists of 1.47 acres of two residential lots that were combined.
Vacant land/SR 324 at Hog Mountain Road, Dacula, 30019: This 2.15 acre property is located near the intersection of SR 124/Braselton Highway and SR 324/Gravel Springs Road. It is zoned for commercial use.
