Beverage Superstore of Grayson Back on City Agenda
The Grayson City Council meet at 7 p.m. tonight and a public hearing will consider a sign variance for Beverage Superstore of Grayson. The agenda also includes consideration of a revised ordinance on Sunday sales of packaged liquor.
The Regular September Grayson City Council meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. tonight at the Grayson government buildings on Grayson Parkway. The meeting is open to the public.
There will be a public hearing at the start of the meeting to consider a sign variance for the Beverage Superstore of Grayson. The city will also consider the following items of new business.

- Consideration of Revised Ordinance Permitting sales of Beer, Malt Beverages, Wine and Distilled Spirits by the Package on Sundays .
At last month's meeting, the City of Grayson called for a referendum to be put on the ballot in November that will allow for Sunday sales to extend to the retail sale of liquor as well.
