The Walton Tribune is reporting that Amber Nicole Dowell, 31, of Snellville was arrested Friday evening by the Snellville Police Department after a joint investigation with the . She is reported to be facing multiple counts of financial transaction card fraud amounting to thousands of dollars in personal purchases linked to the account of the Booster Club in Loganville. Dowell is the president of the booster club, which raises funds for football and cheerleading programs.
