The following Loganville and Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett County Detention Center during the period April 1 - 6, 2013.

The following Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period April 1 - April 6, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

April 1

  • Eric Jonathan Hair, of 610 Doe Lane, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
  • Daniel Stanley Green, of 1570 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.

  • Jonathan Clint Smith, of 4255 Peace Rose Place, Loganville, was charged with cruelty to animals, false report of a crime, arson 1st degree, theft by deception and theft by taking.
  • Jonathan Chadwick Wheeler, of 3252 Hoke Court, Loganville, was held for another agency.
  • Justin Fredrick Fengler, of 3858 Summer Leigh Court, Loganville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana (Less than 1 ounce).

April 5

  • Linda Chatelain, of 1134 Ironwood Drive, Grayson, was charged with battery.
  • Garrett Alan Whitaker, of 2120 Rock Court, Loganville, was held for another agency.

April 6
