Suspect Shoots Vehicle With BB Gun; Xbox Games Stolen in Walton County

Zone 3
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Jones Woods Rd. @ Mt. Carmel Church Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No arrests were made during the safety check.
 
Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Old Athens Hwy @ Mountain Creek Church Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. No arrests were made during the safety check.
 
Arrest – A subject was arrested on Laboon Rd. in reference to an outstanding warrant.
 
Zone 4
Dispute – Subjects were issued Criminal Trespass warnings to stay away from Parklake Court in Lakeview Estates.
 
Theft – A subject was suspected of taking Xbox games and a DVD from a residence on Bradley Gin Rd.
 
Zone 5
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Oakmont Circle in Oakmont subdivision. All windows and doors appeared secure.
 
Damage to Property – A vehicle was reportedly shot with a BB gun while riding down Grady Smith Rd. Negative contact was made with the suspect.
 
Zone 6
Dispute – A dispute occurred on Broadnax Mill Rd. in reference to canines barking all through the night.
 
Zone 7
Dispute – Two subjects were involved in a dispute on New Horizon Drive and Wagon Trail. Both subjects were arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
