Loganville Woman Charged with Theft and Exploitation of a Disabled Adult

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period March 20 – 23, 2013. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

A Loganville woman was charged with exploitation of a disabled adult after she was accused of stealing jewelry from the 81-year old woman that she was working for.

According to jail records, Wanda Foster, 52, of 2945 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was arrested on March 20, 2013. She faces charges of theft by taking and exploitation of a disabled adult. According to the police report from the Snellville Police Department, Foster had been employed by a Snellville woman as her cleaning person for about a year. The employer reported that she has since found that six or more pieces of gold and diamonds had gone missing. Following an investigation by Snellville PD, Foster was arrested. She is currently out on $13, 600 bond.

• Nicole Jolene Belt, of 850 Franklin Mill Trace, Loganville, was charged with following too closely and was held for another agency.
• Michael David Shannon, of 315 Hoke O’Kelly Mill Road SE, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting, less than $300.
• Wanda Foster, of 2945 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with theft by taking and exploitation of disabled adult.
• Shara Adna Moore, of 816 Keeling Mill Lane, Grayson, was charged with driving under the influence (alcohol) and improper lane change.
• Adam Richard Tollison, of 1565 Mount McKinley Drive, Grayson, was held for another agency.

March 21

• Lisa Leanne Mimbs, 109 Meadows Drive, Loganville, DUI-Children Endangerment, DUI – drugs and headlights.

March 22

• Edwin Daniel Rivera, of 3078 Broadnax Road, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.
• Brian David Bailes, of 183 Tara Blvd, Loganville, was charged with criminal trespass and simple battery.

March 23

• William Kalen French, of 1411 Arblay Place, Loganville, was charged with DUI – more than 0.10 percent blood alcohol and failure to report striking a fixed object.
• Andre Anthony Brooks, of 3658 Preserve Woods Lane, Loganville, was charged with violating probation.
