Loganville Resident Cited for Disorderly House Following Drunken Binge

Several people were found at the location highly intoxicated and vomiting all over the lawn and driveway, deputies reported.

Walton County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a home on Rosewood Way in the Loganville area on March 3 after a complainant reported picking up her little brother from the home in a highly intoxicated condition. According to the report, she told deputies her brother was under age.

When deputies arrived at the location, they found about nine or 10 cars parked in the driveway and several piles of vomit near the vehicles. According to the report, one of the people at the scene was lying in a pile of vomit, still vomiting. Others, who also appeared to be intoxicated, retreated into the house. Beer bottles, beer cans and liquor bottles were reportedly strewn about the yard. The homeowner, also reportedly intoxicated himself, told deputies nobody was under age.

He was cited for a disorderly house.
