Loganville Man Charged with Being A Peeping Tom

A Loganville man has been charged with being a Peeping Tom after his neighbors videotaped him allegedly looking through the window while a woman was taking a shower.

Wayne Richard Jolly, of 125 Hope Hollow Road, was arrested and charged on June 29. According to the police report, the victims became suspicious when they saw the bushes outside the window beaten down as though someone had walked on them. Video surveillance was set up and Jolly was allegedly caught on video on four separate occasions, once when the wife was taking a shower early in the morning. It was reportedly still dark outside at the time. Neither of the victims actually saw him on the property, but allegedly have the confirmation on video. The victims have obtained a Temporary Protection Order against Jolly for a year. They wanted to warn people in the area of the charges, especially since it is on the same road as Grayson High School. Jolly is out on $11,200 bond.

All these Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period June 21 -30. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

June 22

• Alvin Derick Murphy, of 595 Weeping Willow Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI – less safe and failure to maintain lane.
• Gary Maurice Harris, of 4245 Peace Rose Place, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.
• Tore Rashawn Simmons, of 975 Rozen Place, Loganville, was charged with aggravated battery and robbery.
• Martin Antonio Montes, of 1828 Pinehurst View Court, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.

June 23

• Kirby Odel Viaud, of 3292 Shady Valley Court, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Travis Alexander Csere, of 218 Jarrod Oaks Court, Loganville, was charged with obstructing a law enforcement officer and loitering and prowling.
• Mitch Lafrodick Hood, of 3217 Watson Meadow Lane, Loganville, was charged with obstruction of a law enforcement officer, loitering and prowling and possession/purchase of alcohol under 21.
• Lucila Dalila Martinez-Lopez, of 530 Brand Road, SW, Loganville, was charged with driving without a license.
• Ryan Daniel Dixon, of 4495 Hidden Stream Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI and for no proof of insurance.
• Timothy Bennett, of 1205 Pebble Bend Drive, Grayson, was charged with criminal trespass.
• Kevin Joseph Dalton, of 440 Flowering Trail, Grayson, was charged with contributing to delinquency of a minor and open container violation.
• Jeremy Taylor Walls, of 158 Herring Road, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.

June 24

• Jake Edward Young, of 742 Creek Bottom Road, Loganville, was charged with DUI – under the age of 21, purchase/possession of alcohol person under 21 and improper/erratic lane change.
• Brian Robert Fulcher, of 380 Hope Hollow Road, Loganville, was charged with possession of a controlled substance or marijuana.
• Blanca A Barrios, of 1106 Mason Lee Ave., Loganville, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
