β€œOmar Falay is on trial now. The others will be tried separately at a later date,” Wiley said.

The charges stem from an incident that is alleged to have happened Dec. 23, 2008. According to reports, Morales and another Loganville man, Eric Anthony Comrie, went to an address on Blue Sail Avenue in Grayson, allegedly to meet with the three suspects now facing charges for an alleged drug deal. Something went array, leading to Morales and Falay being shot, Morales fatally.
