Highway 20 in Grayson Now Back Open Following Head-on Collision

Head-on collision involving a Gwinnett County Police Car shut down Highway 20 in Grayson in both directions earlier. Road is now open.

Highway 20 in Grayson was shut down in both directions early Friday following a head-on collision involving a Gwinnett County police vehicle and another vehicle. Cpl. Ed Ritter, spokesman for the Gwinnett County Police Department said both drivers were transported to a hospital with non life threatening injuries.

"Officer was not at fault. Other driver is facing traffic charges," Ritter said.
