Is this not all over local news? Are there flyers being put out? I have known this family forever and want to see a Happy return of Derek!

I really hope for Derek to return as well. I hate to be a skeptic but there may be more to the story than what we are getting. I've seen it before. For personal reasons, some details are not made public. When this happens and the public finds out later, it causes caring people to avoid getting involved in future assistance. Let's hope that isn't happening here. This man's life may be on the line.

Steve R... what more to the story do you want? Do you want me to give you all the details? Very simple. He is missing. I know more about his private life than most people. What do you want to know? He has a very very serious heart condition. He was last seen by his mother and his daughter. His mother saw him the night before he disappeared. He was laying on the sofa watching the Braves game. His daughter saw him the next morning at 7am on her way in from work. He was still on the sofa asleep. He went back to work way too early from his last heart surgery and took wednesday off because he was not feeling well. When his mother got up at 8:30 he and his vehicle were gone. She thought he was feeling better and had gone on to work. He is a very hard worker. No one realized anything was wrong until his work called around lunch time to ask if he was back in the hospital again because he had not made it into work. What in all that would "cause caring people to avoid getting involved in future assistance"? Are you trying to say something about Derek and his family???

Have there been any updates on Derek Woodston Buford? I made no accusations about this man's family. I just stated what I know to have been true in many cases.
As in the words of Elmer Fudd: "There's something screwy around here" So. What's the latest?
