Gwinnett Fire Department Makes Short Work of Loganville Fire

Small house fire was out within 10 minutes of receiving the call.

Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services responded to a house fire on the 2600 block of White Rose Drive Lane in Loganville Friday morning.

According to Capt. Tommy Rutledge, spokesperson for GCFES, the fire department was dispatched to the address at 11:18 a.m. Crews arrived within two minutes to find a small house fire in the laundry room. It was quickly contained to the area of the clothes dryer and no injuries were reported.

The fire was under control by 11:28 a.m.
