Gwinnett County Detention Center Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Feb. 5 - 11, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Feb. 5, 2012

• John Daniel Smith, of 1611 Timber Height Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, driving under the influence (alcohol), fleeing or elude police officer, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, purchase/possession of alcohol by a person under 21, aggravated assault, theft by taking, aggressive driving, failure to maintain lane and was held for another agency.
• James Jamil Peebles, of 3640 Brushy Wood Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI and possession of an open container in vehicle.
• Jeffery Adam Crowe, of 490 Herring Road, Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Bryan Herald Booker, of 1075 Poplar Lane, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.

Feb. 6

• Yaratze Almanza, of 119 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with “other offense.”
• Edward Lee Ward, of Apt. 1708, 1525 Grayson Highway, Grayson, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).
• Tewodros Alebachew Ademe, of 710 McConnell Drive, Grayson, was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce).

Feb. 7

• Ana Maria Ramirez-Ortiz, of 2335 Shady Oaks Drive, Loganville, was charged with no drivers license and failure to obey person directing traffic.
• John Michael Streck, of 170 Holly Court, Loganville, was charged with DUI and no brake lights or working turn signals.
• Ishmael Renota Jones, of 2202 Reddy Farm Lane, Grayson, was charged with financial Identity fraud.
• Sandy Ann Johnson, of Ste 8-2 1911 Grayson Highway, Grayson, was charged with forgery – 2nd degree, violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act, intent to distribute controlled substance and VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Janice Smith, of 1911 Grayson Highway, Apt. 8-342, Grayson, was charged with VGCSA intent to distribute controlled substance, VGCSA of controlled substance and VGCSA possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
• Daniel Joseph Chamberlayne, of 2354 Laurelfield Drive, Grayson, was charged with failure to appear.
• Janelle Lucille Strickland, of 1110 Pebble Bend Drive, Grayson, was charged with battery and cruelty to children – 3rd degree.

Feb. 8

• Justin Antonie Davis, 421 Windermere Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to appear and speeding.
• Felicia Charlett Williams, of 234 Hoke O’Kelly Mill Road SE, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Ariane Marie Marimutha, of 1208 Fly Rod Lane, Loganville, was charged with suspended/revoked license and operating without a license in possession.
• Kimberly Duncan Frassran, of Unit 1805 2935 Rosebud Road, Loganville, was charged with shoplifting (less than $300).

Feb. 9

• Stephanie Ann Lefavor, of 531 Hoke OKelly Mill Road, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Matthew John Borucki, of 4880 Centerhill Church Road, Loganville, was charged with “other offense.”
• Elvira Libier Godoy-Sanchez, of 4864 Watson Mill Court, Loganville, was charge with no driver’s license - resident 30 plus days, and was held for immigration.

Feb. 10

• Shayna Antonette Smith, of 209 Towler Shoals Drive, Loganville, was charged with possession (less than 1 ounce) and tag light required.
• James Frederick Snyder, of 2631 White Rose Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of probation.
• Lester Gill, of 215 Towler Shoals Drive, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.

Feb. 11

• Sierra Walcott, of 1217 Preserve Park Drive, Loganville, was charged with possession/purchase of alcohol, under 21.
• Tyrell Harrison Drayton, of 5370 Highway 20, Lot 27, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Samantha Lynn Lemley, of 2520 Lois Court, Loganville, was charge with DUI (alcohol).
• Jeffery Charles Allen, of 918 Bay Creek Landing, Loganville, was charged with theft by deception.
• Mykel Denzel Lane, of 1680 Pinehurst View Drive, Grayson, was charged with DUI (under 21) and possession of alcohol (underage) and speeding.
• Tyrell Harrison Drayton, of 5370 Highway 20, Lot 27, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Christoper Chase Garrett, of 1408 George Town Way, Grayson, was charged with no driver’s license, suspended/revoked license, no brake lights or working turn signals.
