Fourth Arrest in Homicide of 14-year-old GHS Student

The fourth person arrested is believed to have helped dispose of the stolen property.

WSB Radio reported that a fourth person, Anthony English, 58, of Norcross, has been charged in connection with the shooting death of Grayson High School student , last year. English is charged with theft by receiving and making false statements, a felony. According to Gwinnett County jail records, he is being held without bond on the charge of making false statements.

Two of the teens, Romaine Stewart, 18, and Achiel Morgan, 15, are charged with armed robbery and Larnell Sillah, 15, is charged murder. Police believe the teens went to Sampleton's Grayson home on Dec. 20 with the intention to rob the teen. According to WSB Radio, English is believed to have received the stolen property after the shooting. He is not believed to have been present at the time of the shooting.

Sampleton was discovered by his father in his Grayson home, bound and shot in the head three times, at about 2:40 p.m. on Dec. 20. The three teens are reported to have confessed separately to their part in the crime, including that some of the plan was hatched while riding the school bus.

The three teens also are being held without bond, Sillah and Morgan at the juvenile dentention facility in Gwinnett and Stewart in the Gwinnett County Detention Center.
