Found: Missing Loganville Woman Located at Atlanta Medical

The family of Jennifer Carman Richardson is in the process of making contact with the missing woman after hearing that she has been located safe at Atlanta Medical Center.

"We found out last night," said Richardson's boyfriend Jack Moore. "The detective had just left my house when his number popped up on my phone again. I knew then he must have found her."

Moore said he and Richardson's mother were in contact with the hospital to find out when they could see her.

Investigator Michael Camp with the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office said the information on Richardson's vehicle had been entered into the GCIC (Georgia Crime Information Center). When the investigator checked with GCIC on Wednesday night, they found that the vehicle had been towed by Dekalb County the same day Richardson was last seen.

"A law enforcement agency had contact with her, I believe it was from Dekalb County - the day she was last seen. She was dazed and confused so they towed her vehicle and took her to the hospital," Camp said. She has been there since the 24th. The investigator entered her tag on Monday – apparently last night it came back that the vehicle had been towed. He was able to get in contact with Atlanta Medical Center and she had been up there the whole time."    

Camp thanked everyone for helping get the word out.

"We're glad that she was found safe and getting help," he said.
