Reward offered for information that leads to an arrest and successful conviction in the case.

An early morning fire in Loganville has been ruled arson. Gwinnett County Fire Investigators are asking for help in the investigation.

According to a press release from Lt. Colin S. Rhoden, public information officer for Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services, firefighters responded to a residential fire at about 4 a.m. on June 19. The address, in the 3700 block of Red Rose Court in Loganville, is in the unincorporated area of Gwinnett County.

The caller had reported that a vacant house at the location had heavy smoke and flames showing from all sides of the roof. Rhoden said crews arrived to find the split level house fully engulfed in flames. Power crews were able to secure the electricity cable before the house collapsed. Firefighters were able to protect most of the surrounding homes, but the exterior wall of one vacant home was reportedly damaged by radiant heat prior to their arrival. There were no injuries reported.
