The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Aug. 19 - 26, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Aug. 19, 2012

  • Shaday Rosemarie Nelson, of 1897 Summit Creek, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.
  • Michael David Bird, of 3828 Grady Smith Road, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked.
  • Ronnie Frank Goljevscek, of 3601 Brookview Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence, more than 0.10 percent blood alcohol and speeding.
  • Jason Corey Goodman, of 348 Sweet Ashley Lane, Loganville, was charged with violation of protective order.
  • Michael Fitzhugh Bowen, of 1913 Ivy Branch Court, Loganville, was charged with obstruction law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.

  • Harry Bernard III Heller, of 136 The Esp0lanade Way SW, Loganville, was charged with pedestrian under the influence on roadway.
  • Bruce Allen Porter, of 1810 Rose Garden Lane, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol.

Aug. 22

  • Wesley James Pickerell, of 656 Pine Grove Ave, Grayson, was charged with interference with a call for emergency assistance, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and 3rd degree cruelty to children.
  • Jesse Jerome Bouie, of 515 Pittman Mill Court, Loganville, was charged with possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
  • Heather Frailey Alvarez, of 1033 Creek Bottom Road, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol.
  • Marie Leticia Perez-Garcia of 140 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with no driver’s license.
  • Maria Luisa Alvarex-Flores, of 2075 Gum Creek Lane, Loganville, was charged with no driver’s license.
  • Matthew Joseph Quintero, of 463 Tara Commons Circle, Loganville, was charged with DUI – drugs/alcohol, false identification documents, giving false name or information, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act – schedule IV, expired or no license plate or decal, failure to have license on person, open container law, speeding and was held for another agency.
  • Nickles Alphanso St. Fleur, of 3390 Rozena Way, Loganville, was charged with aggravated assault.

  • Donika Ikeyha Shanel Patterson, of 1314 Stephens Pond View, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
  • Holly Louise Weathers, of 951 Swan Ridge Court, Grayson, was charged with theft by deception and theft by taking.
  • Tristian Quardell Grubbs, of 1260 Skipping Rock Lane, Grayson, was charged with criminal trespass.
  • Jacob Patrick Shaw, of 2696 N. Crestview Drive, Grayson, was charged with failure to stop at stop sign and possession of marijuana – less than 1 ounce.

  • Jennifer Lynn Dobbs, of 455 Pittman Mill Court, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol 0.08 grams or more, 21 or over and improper lane change.
  • Zachary David Walker, of 1839 Woodland Run Trail, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.

Aug. 25

  • Joseph James Digirolamo, of 199 Mission Oak Drive, Grayson, was charged with battery, reckless conduct and simply battery.
  • Edward Lee Ward, of 1525 Grayson Highway, Apt. 1708, Grayson, was charged with failure to appear.

Aug. 26

  • Ricky Alan Easterwood, of 3375 Hudson Lane, Loganville, was charged with open container, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction.
