Drug Investigation Turns Up Counterfeit Operation in Loganville

Gwinnett County Police Department confirm that Kristin were arrested on April 30 and charged with 2nd degree forgery.

According to the GCPD incident report, members of the Gwinnett County Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at the address in Loganville. During the search, methamphetamine residue allegedly was located as well as counterfeit currency and the materials used to produce counterfeit currency.

GCPD public information officer, Cpl. Jake Smith, said the investigation is ongoing. He said it is part of a drug investigation, not a larger forgery or fraud investigation.

Ritter bonded out the following day on $5,700 bond, but Barr remains in Gwinnett County Detention Center without bond. She has previously faced charges of credit card fraud, shoplifting and violation of probation in Gwinnett County.
