Disorderly Conduct, Battery and Child Cruelty in Recent Grayson/Loganville Jail Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Sept. 26 - 29. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Sept. 26

• James Michael Hunt, of 4069 Pate Ridge Court, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Adam Richard Tollison, of 1565 Mount McKinley Dr., Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.
• Jeremy Michael Palmieri, of 1174 Pinehurst Trail, Grayson, was charged with theft by taking.

Sept. 27

• Norman Dudley, of 872 Amber Hill Court, Grayson, was charged with battery.
• Gary Fitzgerald Moultie, of 413 Bob Wood Drive, Loganville, was charged with giving a false name, suspended/revoked license, failure to appear and failure to dim lights.
• Chasmin R. Barrett, of 3308 Gardenside Walk, Loganville, was charged with driving with suspended tag, no insurance, use of plate to conceal ID and and violation of Georgia controlled substance act (less than 1 ounce).
• Nicholas Ramon Mitchell, of 1655 Ozora Road, Loganville, was held for another agency.

Sept. 28

• Erin Jaye Smith, of 4220 Willow Spring Dr., Loganville, was charged with batter and 3rd degree cruelty to children.
• Daniel Ian Akins, of 806 Tucker Trail, Loganville, was charged with battery.
• Cynthia Lynn Stanton, of 4310 Lexington Ridge Drive, Loganville, was charged with suspended/revoked license, suspended/revoked license and she was held for another agency.
• John David Griggs, of 4701 Cedar Drive, Loganville, was charged with aggravated assault, improper backing and no proof of insurance-motorcycle.
• Derrick Lang Mills, of 2848 Farmstead Court, Grayson, was charged with battery.

Sept. 29

• Damon Christopher Porchia, of 2170 Huntington Drive, Loganville, as charged with disorderly conduct.
• Jeremy Dewayne Snell, of 3066 Gum Creek Lane, Loganville, was charged with disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
• Enos Jonathan Paredas, of 121 Howe Lane, Loganville, was charged with no driver’s license, following too closely and he was held for immigration.
• Mac Gerald Philippeaux, of 1759 of Wheat Grass Way, Grayson, was charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, M/V must have two headlights and speeding.
• Nathan Serafini Laviola, of 2208 Pinehurst Ct., of Grayson, was charged with a violation of probation.
