Cruse Road Shut Down Due to SWAT Incident
Gwinnett police have shut down Cruse Road between Club Drive and James Road in Lawrenceville due to a working SWAT incident.
Cruse Road in Lawrenceve between Club Drive and James Road has been shut down by the Gwinnett County police.
According to a press release, the Gwinnett SWAT team is on scene for a barricaded person in his home. It is reportedly as a result of an incident that began at 6:30 a.m. with the man's wife alleging that she was abused by her husband. The wife is safe and was treated for minor injuries. The husband has barricaded himself in the house and refuses to meet with police regarding the allegation.
