Cops: Woman Drives Away From Police Station With Suspended License

The local woman was pulled over and arrested after leaving the Loganville Police Department.

A local woman was arrested and charged with driving from the Loganville Police Department on a suspended license on a recent Friday morning.

According to the Loganville Police report, a sergeant at the police station told an arriving officer that a 40-year-old woman had just exited the parking lot in her SUV and was traveling down the road. The officer pulled her over at the intersection of Hodges Road and Tom Brewer Road.

After stopping the woman, she immediately exited her SUV and started walking toward the police car. The officer advised the woman to go back to her car, and she complied.

Checking her license, police discovered that not only was it suspended but she also had an outstanding warrant out of the city of Snellville.

She was arrested on the spot. Authorities transported her to the Loganville Police Department for processing, and then she was turned over to Snellville Police for her warrant.

The woman also had a small dog in her car. The pup was placed in the care of animal control, and her car was towed.
