Burglary, Drugs and Child Molestation in Loganville/Grayson Arrest Records

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Aug. 13 - 18, 2012. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Aug. 13

• Benjamin Alexander Wenbrow, of 2357 Roseberry Lane, Grayson, was charged with first-degree burglary.
• April Denise Howard, of 3350 Wellbrook Drive, Loganville, was charged with violation of safety restraint for children, headlight violation and was held for another agency.
• Kevin Daniel Rodriguez-Valez, of 918 Shannon Road, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.
• Torrean D-Angelo Cox, of 2003 Orchard Terrace, Loganville, was charged with a violation of probation.

Aug. 14

• Matthew John Dunn, of 3675 Range Way, Loganville, was charged with possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
• Zachary Delmont Archer, of 3774 Red Rose Court, Loganville, was charged with possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
• Jesse Hardy of 1853 Temple Park Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving while license suspended, no proof of insurance and suspended registration.

Aug. 15

• Franklin Luther Lee, of 3675 Pointer Road, Loganville, was charged with failure to appear.
• Dave Anthony Stoddart, of 1401 White Oak Trace, Loganville, was charged with impeding the free flow of traffic, light reducing materials affixed to window and driving on a suspended/revoked license.
• Audrey Michelle Riley, of 670 Doe Lane, Loganville, was charged with driving on a suspended revoked license.
• Benjamin Wayne Shurley, of 4551 Atha Circle, Loganville, was charged with driving under the influence, drugs, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, controlled substance, and possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Aug. 16

• James Felton Edwards, of 656 Pine Grove Ave., Grayson, was charged with child molestation and sexual battery.
• Safra Ishmel Adams, of 1893 Hidden Fork Court, Loganville, was charged with theft by Conversion and vehicle seat belt required-front seat.
• Charles Eric Watson, of 1042 Silver Thorne Drive, Loganville, was charged with driving while license/revoked and speeding.

Aug. 18

• William Cody Garner, of 2660 Gum Creek Church Road, Loganville was charged with failure to maintain insurance and was held for another agency.
• George Paul Avin, of 4452 Beaver Tree St., Loganville, was charged with DUI and following too closely.
