UPDATE: The fourth suspect turned himself in to authorities Tuesday.
There were three arrests and one suspect is still at large following yesterday’s manhunt in Walton County, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. The suspects were Social Circle residents, officials said.
The manhunt, off Center Hill Church Road for most of the day Monday, was the result of an auto entry complaint in the early hours of the morning on Harvest Way in the Loganville area of Walton County.
Still at large is Jimmy L. Johnson, charged with five counts of entering auto as well as loitering and prowling. Arrested were one juvenile and Dykim Smith, both of whom were charged with five counts of entering auto and loitering and prowling. Also arrested was Bryant L Williams (aka Brian Thompson) charged with giving a false name and six counts of first-degree forgery as well as the five counts of enter auto and loitering and prowling.
WSCO Chief Deputy Bruce Wright said he is not sure at this time whether there is any connection to a series of entering auto complaints in the Brookstone Estate subdivision last week that prompted the WCSO to issue an alert.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Johnson is urged to call 911.
