Funeral Services for Sammy "Frog" Jones, known as the Peanut Man at Walton County's ballfields, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16, in Loganville.

Sammy “Frog” Jones, age 74 of Loganville, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 16, 2012 in the Loganville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Rev. Rusty Ruark will officiate. Burial Braswell Cemetery, Good Hope, GA. A truck driver for Dart Container for 30 years, Mr. Jones was an U. S. Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed selling Peanuts at the ballfields. Mr. Jones is survived by: Wife of 50 years, Barbara M. Jones, Loganville; Daughters: Joyce Hindelang, San Antonio, TX; Cindy Mills, Loganville; Brothers & Sisters-in-law: Thomas & Pam Jones, Gainesville; Harry & Cedelia Jones, Loganville; Grandchildren: Cecil Mills, Loganville, Samantha Hindelang, San Antonio, TX; Several Nieces & Nephews. Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM, Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, Georgia 30052. 770-466-1544.
