Joey Carter, 35, of Loganville, died on Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at Lenora Baptist Church in Snellville.
, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2012. Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM on Monday, September 10, 2012 at Lenora Baptist Church, Snellville. Rev. Terry Briscoe will officiate. Burial will follow in Lenora Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his wife, Dottie Turner Carter, in 2010, and his mother, Rebecca Carter, in 2002. He is survived by his Sons: Joseph William Carter and Jacob Isaac Carter; Grandmother: Jewell Gearin; Father-in-law & Mother-in-law: William & Sara Turner; Sister-in-law & Brother-in-law: Gloria & Tracy Moon; Nieces: Mary Ann & Hannah Moon; Nephew: Joshua Moon, all of Loganville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tim Stewart Funeral Home for the family of Joey Carter, P.O. Box 65, Loganville, GA 30052. The family will receive friends from 2 - 4 PM and 6 - 8 PM on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at the Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 670 Tom Brewer Road, Loganville, GA 30052. 770-466-1544.
