Loganville Get Fit Challenge Starts Aug. 14

An opportunity to set healthy goals and achieve lasting results.

Have you registered for the 30-Day GET FIT Challenge in Loganville? If not, today might be a good time to do so.

Army Sgt.FC Christopher Diaz (Retired) and his wife, Emily, have a 30 day program that kicks off on Aug. 13. Diaz said the 30 Day Get Fit Challenge (For Women) would be in two different locations; Main Street Fitness in Loganville and the Meridian Community Center in Loganville.

Diaz is the HS JROTC Army Instructor and physical fitness trainer at South Gwinnett High school.

"You don't want to miss this great opportunity to set some goals and achieve real and lasting results," Diaz said. "Working with your own personal trainer for 30 days, you will learn proper nutrition for healthy living and Low impact workouts designed to help you lose fat and gain muscle."

Meetings and workouts will be Tuesdays and Thursdays mornings at the Meridian Community Center in Loganville. Register costs $15 and the challenge starts on Monday. Registrations can be mailed in or dropped off at the community center.
