CATG Seeking Supplies For Hurricane Issac Relief Efforts

Members of the Church at the Grove in Walnut Grove are seeking supplies to help in their relief efforts in Mississippi and Louisiana on Sept. 10.

The Church at the Grove is taking a small team of members to southern Mississippi and Louisiana to deliver supplies and help with relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Isaac. The team plans to head out on Monday, Sept. 10. and is looking for help with donations of some of the supplies they hope to take with them.

"We will be collecting supplies over the next couple of days; here is what we currently need," said CATG member Madolyn Cole.

Bottled Water
Non-Perishable Food (heat & eat)
Baby Wipes
Hand Sanitizer
Hygiene Items (deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.)
Diapers
Clothes


"If anyone would like to purchase these items and bring them by the CATG office sometime this week, 4915 Ga Hwy 138 Suite B (Walnut Grove) it would be very much appreciated," Cole said. "We are also accepting financial donations that will go toward buying these supplies."
