Fennessy, 47, GSP reports. His address in jail records is given as 1124 Willow Trace, Grayson. He was checked into Gwinnett County Detention Center on July 2 and is being charged with failure to maintain lane; and hit and run/leaving scene of an accident. He remained in jail on July 3 on $521 bond.

Please note an arrest does not constitute a conviction.
