Drugs, DUI, PUI and Affray in Gwinnett's Loganville/Grayson Jail Docket

The following Loganville or Grayson residents were booked into the Gwinnett Detention Center during the period Sept. 13 - 21. The information comes from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department Docket Book. These individuals have been charged with, but not convicted of, the crimes listed.

Sept. 13

• Oscar Armando Rivera of 1215 Stoney Point, Grayson, was charged with no driver’s license.
• Oscar Morales-Seriano of 8040 Grayfield Drive, Grayson, was charged with no driver’s license.
• Joshua Paul Sinko, of 441 Bracken Trace, Grayson, was charged with violation of probation.
• Vida Akaadom, of 2772 Nathaniel Way, Grayson, was charged with giving false name, no driver’s license and tag light required.

Sept. 14

• Alex Osabutey of 3934 Moos Creek Court, Loganville, was charged with giving false name or information, forgery 2nd degree and was held for another agency.
• Jasmine Nicole McClellan, of 911 Coopers Ridge Path, Grayson, was held for another agency.
• Joel Andrew Clack, of 1492 Pinebark Court, Grayson, was charged with driving under the influence (alcohol) and failure to obey signs or control devices.

Sept. 15

• Kirk Ranford Douglas of 3989 Elm Trace Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI – alcohol and improper/erratic lane change.
• Hemchand Roy Rasiawan, of 1800 Brookshade Court, Loganville, was charged with affray and PED under the PUI (pedestrian under influence on roadway).

Sept. 18

• Paul Michael Mann, of 1081 Winding Down Way, Grayson, was charged with violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act, Controlled Substance.

Sept. 19

• Helder Montoya, 3250 Claude Brewer Road, Loganville, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, suspended/revoked license failure to maintain lane.
• Jimaal Demetrius Rose, of 922 Thorny Lane, Grayson, was charged with obstruction of law enforcement officer and possession of controlled substance or marijuana.

Sept. 20

• Oluseye Odugbesan, of 2951 Farmstead Court, Grayson, was charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license and following too closely.
• Jon Anthony Fain, of 4635 Ivy Fork Drive, Loganville, was charged with VGCSA, intent to distribute controlled substance.

Sept. 21

• Kerry Omar Rochester, of 3605 Brushy Wood Drive, Loganville, was charged with DUI alcohol, aggressive driving and speeding.
