APD Warns of Craigslist Robbers
The Atlanta Police Department has issued a warning to residents about a robbery crew that finds victims on Craigslist.
The robbery crew reportedly meets up with people from Craigslist who advertise items for sale, and then the crew runs off with the merchandise without paying.
A recent robbery victim in northwest Atlanta took video of an incident involving an iPad. Police are asking anyone with any information to contact Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477).

Woman Threatens, Chases Husband With Knife
A Norcross woman was arrested earlier this month after she threatened and chased her husband and caretaker with a knife.
According to the police report, around 10 p.m. April 18, the couple arrived home in unincorporated Norcross after going out to dinner. The male caretaker of the couple’s son was at the home when they arrived.
The wife and husband began to argue about a laundry list of things: divorce, how she had been seeing another man in Forsyth County and that she was pregnant with his child.
According to the caretaker, the wife grabbed a kitchen knife and walked into the living room where the two men were. She held up the knife, yelled "I'm going to kill you" to the husband, and then charged him.
According to the caretaker, both the husband and wife suffer from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. The woman was placed under arrest for aggravated assault and terroristic threats.

Three Duluth Men Charged With Drug Trafficking
Five men, including three with Duluth addresses, have been charged with drug trafficking as the result of the seizure of 1,572 pounds of marijuana on a tractor-trailer. Estimated street value of the marijuana is more than $3 million.
Hall County Sheriff’s Lt. Scott Ware, commander of the Gainesville-Hall County Multi-Agency Narcotics Squad, called the seizure “our largest marijuana bust in probably 10 years” during a press conference Tuesday morning at the Gainesville Justice Center.
