Remarks: Several food items were not marked with dates while stored in refrigeration for more than 24 hours: ham slices, turkey slices, corned beef slices, and cooked rice. The rear exterior door was propped open at the start of the inspection. There was no screen door or air curtain installed at that door.

Remarks: A stack of unassembled pizza boxes was in direct contact with the floor. Dried debris was present in the basin of the vegetable sink. Wet mops were resting directly against the floor instead of being inverted to allow air drying.

Remarks: Cheesy bacon egg hash was not maintained at 135 F or higher, after being removed from the oven earlier this morning. The manager discarded the egg hash. Foods held hot for safety must be maintained at 135 F or higher.
