Remarks: Multiple containers of crab mix holding in bottom of 2-door cooler at temperatures above 41oF. Items were discarded. Three containers of Crab soup cooling from previous day still above 41oF(>12 hours). French fries and hushpuppies being slacked on counter for use during lunch. Items moved to cooler. Food should be slacked to moderate the temperature under a refrigeration unit that maintains a food temperature at/below 41oF.

Remarks: Ready-to-eat onion rings fell against the drive-thru cashier's bare hand. Some of those onion rings fell back into the holding pan and some were served inside the carton. The employee then repeated this violation while scooping french fries. Manager discarded the remaining onion rings inside the pan and french fries. Several plastic pans were observed with food residue remaining on the surfaces which contact food. Those pans were stored inside the walk-in cooler as ready-to-use.
