Gas Prices Continued to Drop Through The Memorial Day Weekend

Although up from a year ago, prices did not reach some of the high prices predicted earlier in the year.

Gas prices continued to drop through the Memorial Day weekend, ending down overall from the prices leading up to the big travel weekend. The price, however, was still up by almost $1 over the same period last year.

According to CNNMoney.com, the prices could still go down another 20 cents through the remainder of the summer. However, that could change in the event of any unforeseen incident that might have a direct impact on the price of crude oil.

After recording a low price of $3.72 last week, the following were the lowest three prices for Loganville Tuesday morning as per Gasbuddy.com.
