78 Skate to Open at 11 a.m. Wednesday

The wait is finally over for those hoping to put on their roller skates this week. Tamie Malanga, co-owner of 78 Skate in Loganville, said the roller rink will be ready to open at 11 a.m. Wednesday.

"We are so thrilled that all of the delays are behind us," Malanga said. "The floor has been completed, is dry and will be skate ready by 11 am Wednesday morning! We will open at 11 a.m. and hope to see all the anxious skaters try out the first roller skating rink in Loganville."

Malanga said the hours of operation for the remainder of the holiday break will be as follows:

Dec. 26            3 - 10 pm
Dec. 27 - 29     11 am - 10 pm

Tuesday thru Friday before 6 pm and Sunday    $5
Friday after 6 and Saturday                             $7

Skate sizes start at 8J and go up to size 13 adult. 

"We have lots of arcade games that range from $.25 to $1.00 per play and two pool tables ($1.00 per game) in the snack bar area. Our snack bar offers a variety of beverages and snacks at reasonable prices," Malanga said. "78 Skate is ready to meet all our customers in the Loganville community and surrounding areas!
