Save the Date: Loganville's Autumn Heritage Festival

The fifth annual event will be held Oct. 19.

The weather's finally starting to get cooler, and that means one thing in Loganville: the Autumn Heritage Festival is coming up.

The fifth annual fall festival is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 19. Locals and visitors are encouraged to eat, shop and be entertained by the event's 150-plus vendors.

"The Autumn Heritage Festival will surely take visitors back in time," says the event website. "Back to a time when families would shop, eat and visit near the well in downtown Loganville. Friends and neighbors would meet at the well to reconnect and catch up with one another."

After the festival, the city is holding its last concert of the Groovin' on the Green series with the band Funky Bluester at the Ray Nunley Pavilion. Be sure to check Patch for more details on the concert and festival in the upcoming weeks.

The Autumn Heritage Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, at Loganville City Hall, located at 4385 Pecan St. The Groovin' on the Green concert is from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Parking will be located downtown with shuttled parking at Loganville Elementary, First United Methodist Church and Loganville Baptist Church, all on Main Street.
