Local Students' Art Works to be on Display at Tannery Row Artist Colony

The show will feature art from high school students throughout Gwinnett and Hall counties.

Beginning Jan. 19, area residents will have the chance to enjoy the work of several talented young artists during the second annual Northeast Georgia High School Art Show at the Tannery Row Artist Colony.

Bree Sauers, of the Tannery Row Artist Colony, expects dozens of pieces to be on display. In 2012, the show featured 68 works of art, Sauers said. The artwork will be available for purchase, she added.

The public is invited to attend the free opening reception on Jan. 19 from 6-8 p.m. at the Tannery Row Artist Colony, located at 554 West Main Street, Building C. Several of the artists will be present, Sauers said.
