Community Corner

Feeding Our Community

Southeast Gwinnett Food Co-op needs our help to feed those in need during this holiday season - and throughout the year.

During this time of the year, we're proud of the people in our community to look to GIVE in any way they can. And sometimes, helping out can be as easy as bringing a jar of peanut butter to school - as was requested of the students at Archer High this week. Peanut butter - a staple to the diets of so many and much neeed to replenish supplies for the Southeast Gwinnet Food Co-op.

Beyond peanut butter and jelly drive, Ivy Hudson, Pantry Manger at Southeast Gwinnet Cooperative Ministry has supplied a list of other items that are needed for supplying the standard box of food for our neighbors who have needs.

As of late last week, the pantry was depleted of oatmeal, baking mixes and soap and they were low on dry beans and crackers
