OWNER OUT OF COUNTRY!! LOST DOG! PLEASE HELP!! CALL Marina... Hi there. I am currently out of the country and one of my dogs has disappeared. She was within an electronic fenced area with her collar and is chipped. I think she was stolen and I know why and by whom, but until I get back home I cannot get to the police. Her name is Kayla.
